Terms of Service

1. The service

The RV Guarantee operates a broker and coordination service that connects RV buyers with independent, third-party RV inspection professionals. The RV Guarantee does not perform inspections and does not employ the professionals in its network.

2. Independent contractors

Inspection professionals are independent contractors responsible for their own licensing, credentials, insurance, tools, methods, findings, and reports. The RV Guarantee does not supervise or control the manner in which inspections are performed.

3. No guarantee

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a professional will be available, that an inspection will be scheduled, or that any particular condition will be discovered. An inspection is a limited, visual, point-in-time assessment.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The RV Guarantee's liability arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid to The RV Guarantee for the specific request at issue.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
