The RV Guarantee does not perform inspections

All inspections are performed by independent, third-party inspection professionals operating their own businesses. The RV Guarantee is a broker and coordination service only.

Scope and limits

An inspection is a limited, largely visual assessment of an RV's condition at a single point in time. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or prediction of future performance, and it cannot identify concealed or intermittent defects.

Reliance

Reports are prepared by the independent professional who performed the inspection. Any claims relating to an inspection or report are between the customer and that professional.

Limitation of liability

The RV Guarantee disclaims liability for the acts, omissions, findings, or reports of independent inspection professionals, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
